Our Role and Referral Payments

Last updated: October 2026

Before discussing that worn garage floor, it helps to know who makes the connection and who does the work. This page explains Portpersonality Floor Coating's role and payments. It is a general template, not legal advice.

From Request to Provider

Portpersonality Floor Coating offers a referral and marketing service for homeowners seeking independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. Floor preparation, coating, sealing and repairs are not work we perform.

A submitted form or a call through the listed number may go to an independent provider or a marketing partner working with providers nearby.

Payments for Connections

Providers or marketing partners may pay Portpersonality Floor Coating for calls, form leads or other referrals. Payment amounts may depend on factors such as call duration or whether someone answered. Compensation may apply even if you hire nobody.

Our compensation does not increase the provider's price. For agreed work, you pay the provider directly according to its prices.

Separate Businesses, Separate Responsibilities

Providers are not employees, agents or partners of Portpersonality Floor Coating. Each business bears sole responsibility for:

• Quotes, prices and terms
• Coating products and their warranties
• Workmanship and arrival schedules
• Licenses, insurance and certifications
• Its dealings with you

Being referred does not mean a provider is endorsed, and we promise no result. The payment arrangement means your connection may depend on which providers are participating in our network at that time.

You Choose Whether to Hire

A referral creates no requirement to hire that provider. Ask about the job, verify credentials, request a written estimate and compare quotes from elsewhere before deciding.

Call Logs and Recordings

Calls made through this site may be logged. Some may also be recorded for quality checks, verification and billing.
