Website Accessibility and Help
Last updated: October 2026
Portpersonality Floor Coating aims to make portpersonality.homes usable for every visitor, including people with disabilities. This page describes our work toward that aim. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.
The Guidelines We Work Toward
Our design target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are a widely recognized measure of website accessibility.
Making Pages Easier to Use
Our efforts cover:
- A clear heading order on each page
- Text alternatives for images that convey information
- Easy-to-read text and strong color contrast
- Forms and navigation that support keyboard use
- Pages that adjust to phone, tablet and desktop screens
- Everyday language and short sentences
- Clear labels for form fields
Current Limits
Some areas may not yet meet every part of these guidelines. Third-party tools and embedded content may also fall outside our control. We review the site periodically and address problems we find.
Another Way to Reach Help
If a page or form is difficult to use, email contact@portpersonality.homes for help where we can provide it. Request a callback to speak with a local provider as another option.
Describe the Barrier
If something prevents you from using the site, let us know at contact@portpersonality.homes. Please include:
- The page or feature involved
- What you wanted to do and what happened
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
We review reported issues and aim to respond within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility remains part of our ongoing work. As the website changes, we will continue improving how visitors can use it.
Tell us what happened
Tell us where the floor is and what needs attention. Request an estimate to explore a connection with an independent provider serving the Lakewood area.
