Read Before Planning Your Floor Project

Read this disclaimer before relying on anything at portpersonality.homes. It covers all site content and serves as a general template, not legal advice.

Who Handles the Floor

Portpersonality Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. Grinding, repairs, coating and sealing are not services we perform. An independent provider carries out any work at your home.

What a Referral Means

Connecting you with a provider is not an endorsement. We make no promises about work quality, timing, cost, appearance, durability or availability for a particular date. Providers are responsible for their licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Start With Your Slab

Site content offers general information, not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. A peeling patch alone cannot explain a whole floor. Moisture, cracks, existing coatings and weather affect each slab differently. Discuss your floor with a qualified provider.

Understanding Price Ranges

Any prices shown are typical U.S. ranges rather than quotes. Floor size, condition, preparation and the chosen system affect your price. Obtain a written estimate from the provider before work starts.

Checking Product Details

Preparation, product selection, application and daily use affect coating performance. References to features such as stain or UV resistance are general; performance differs by product. Ask the provider about the products and warranty proposed for your floor.

During the Work

Coating projects involve grinding dust and chemical products. Follow the provider's directions for avoiding the work area, ventilation and curing periods.

Referral Payments

Providers or marketing partners may compensate Portpersonality Floor Coating for connecting them with homeowners. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for more information.

Limits of Site Information

We work to keep information correct and up to date, but cannot promise complete or errorless content.
