How to Share a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Fair treatment matters when you contact Portpersonality Floor Coating about a floor project. If an interaction leaves you concerned, we want to hear what happened. This page explains how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Can Hear

You can raise concerns about:

  • Your experience during a call or message with Portpersonality Floor Coating
  • Our handling or protection of your personal information
  • Site information that appears incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider referred through us

When the Concern Is About Work

Providers in our network operate independently. Their quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care are their responsibility. If a coating job leaves you dissatisfied, first explain the issue to the provider in writing. Save copies of that correspondence.

Share the concern with us too. Feedback helps us support honest conduct within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Portpersonality Floor Coating cannot resolve contract disputes, handle warranty claims, return charges collected by a provider or represent that provider.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@portpersonality.homes with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The number dialed or form submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's business name, if known
  • A brief description of the issue and your preferred resolution

What Happens Afterward

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then examine the concern. This may involve contacting the provider. After that review, we explain our findings and intended actions.

If You Still Have Concerns

Reply and request another review if our response does not resolve the matter. You may also contact your state attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, the state licensing board may be another source of help.
